Wheel-thrown and altered incense holder/burner with sculpted lemon leaves and flowers and hand painted and carved moth, flowers, leaves and stars.
Inside has glossy white glaze around the base of the bottom piece where the cone will sit, and around the hole in the top of the piece where the smoke will escape, making it easier for cleaning.
Outside is unglazed, giving it a matte, stone-like feel.
How to use: Simply light your incense cone, set it on the base, and cover with the top piece. Smoke will filter through the top hole. There are small holes around the snake that allow for a oxygen inside the holder, which helps keep the incense burning and allows the smoke to escape through the top, rather than just accumulating inside.
